this is one of the prettiest shots of dogwoods i've seen this spring. i'm having a hard time getting inspired right now, but i'm working on getting out of this slump - signing up for a 2 day photo workshop with my daughter.
Inspiration? By working in our local K-12 school, specifically with high school students in their computer lab. They never cease to inspire me. The happiness I have as direct result of interaction with them is never-ending.
It's the easiest thing in the world to do right now since I finally have time to stop and smell the roses, listen to the birds and drink in each and every moment of freedom I am basking in!
Seriously. Life has never been better - that, in itself, is pure inspiration!
Inspiration is all food-related lately. Learning to make things I usually buy, like yogurt, which turns out to be so much yummier when it's homemade. Also learning to make the foods I miss from NYC, like cilantro chutney and samosas (also so easy, turns out!).
Like your other post, I'm also taking fewer photos these days. I'm doing more than observing, I guess. It's a great thing for me, but not as productive for the blog. It's not going anywhere though, and will be ready when I am.
This is breathtaking!!! Such beauty.
ReplyDeleteCome see my W W if you have some time today.
i'm not inspired lately. i am in a lull, which sounds far more glamourous than brain dead.
ReplyDeletelove the writing sitting on top the petals--so delicate! My haikus are keeping me inspired, although I don't have a photo yet for Friday
